How strong is it?
This is an experimental policy, with no established human rating. Challenge win rate depends on who plays and which teams they bring; it is not a ladder rating. The 95% interval describes sampling uncertainty and does not correct opponent selection or repeated players. Incomplete games are excluded from wins, losses and draws.
The initial frozen pilot lost its first valid public ladder battle in three turns. Tests against simple fixed opponents showed learning, but have not established competitive strength. Search is disabled.
